Appreciation Note, For my Male Colleagues

 I wrote this one for the men in my department, on the occasion of international men's day.

'To all the professional men out there,
You make our work environment better.

To the problem solvers,
To the dabba openers, the chair offerers,
To the polite talkers (even in toughest of times),
To the advisors,
To the chocolate thieves & gifters,
To the gallant professionals.

We can't appreciate you enough
For showing strength & giving us courage to face challenges,
For staying back with us for resolving issues,
For accompanying us while we go back home late at night,
For being helpful colleagues, funny friends & kind bosses,
For sharing the last slices of the pizza,
For being responsible,
For being strong yet supportive,
For being Tough yet kind,
For bringing smile on our faces,
For making our lives easy,
For just being there,
Honestly, the list is endless..

We all adore & respect you,
For all that you always do,
A small note of Thank you!'

A Birthday Poem for Girl Best Friend

 Here I am talking about a mysterious girl of the women folk
Who gets crazy at times when she talks.

She is temperamental,
She is sentimental.

She has expectations,
She loves conversations. 

She is single,
Not yet ready to mingle. ;)

She hates pretenders,
Coz she is not an imposter!!

She hates cheap mentality,
N loves hospitality.

She is intellectual, & no doubt beautiful. J

Mind it..
If once hurt,
She’ll never forget.
