Wrote the following poem for my team members while we were all coming back to office after the pandemic.
We got through the pandemic together,
With each one of us supporting one another.
The virus is still mutating around,
To help you fight the same we will follow precautions, profound.
It’s still exciting to get bac
Oh how lovely it will be to dress up in our formals.
Bringing back the contagious smiles on the floor,
The chai time conversations will be restored.
We understand that it will take time to adjust to the new reality,
To build even stronger teams this will be a great opportunity.
You will get to relive the joy of in person conversations,
& hopping to each other's desk for clarifications.
The person you are & the difference you make.
We are truly proud of the work you did so far,
For all you do,
